Having access to clean drinking water every day at an affordable price is vital and there are many challenges ahead of us.

These include:

• an increasing population
• the impacts of changing weather patterns caused by climate change, putting pressure on water supplies in the future
• an increase in social hardship
• the need to make services more accessible to customers who need extra support
• the need to protect the environment in the region.

H2Online gives you the opportunity to: 

• share your views and opinions on your water service – from water meters, to water quality, to protecting the environment 
• talk to other customers, learn more about your water service and have some fun
• receive updates on how your feedback is helping to make our service better and benefit our local communities  
• earn points by taking part in discussions and responding to polls and feedback surveys
• win prizes for taking part each month

Taking part is easy and you can give as much or as little time to the community as you choose. 

There's a mix of activities each week; from short polls, to discussion and surveys covering a wide range of topics which members have told us they want to talk about.

You can also start your own discussions and talk to other community members.

H2Online is a private online space, independently moderated by our research partners, which ensures your views are captured impartially and fairly.
