Supply pipes must be laid to comply with the requirements of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 before they can be connected to our mains.
Your installation must either successfully pass an inspection carried out by one of our inspectors or you must provide a certificate of compliance from a member of a Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme such as WIAPs.
